Allmax Aminocore Natural

I’ve received the Allmax Aminocore Natural.  The flavor is a bit weird (cucumber lemon) but it’s refreshing intra workout.  Taste quite like lemon and cucumber slices that spend the night in water.  

Allmax Aminocore is advertised as a intra-workout supplement.   I’ve been using the product for two months now and this will the first supplement that I’m posting a long term review.

The canister contains 44 servings of the BCAA and various Vitamin D blend.  I really liked the fact that the container is almost as wide as tall, which makes it easy to scoop the bottom of the container when you are near the end of the canister.

Adding to the wide opening of the container, the scoop sits in the rim of the canister so you don't need to dig it up.

Benefits of Allmax Aminocore

Allmax Aminocore provides 8 grams of BCAA, and added Vitamin B3, B6, B9 and B12.  BCAAs are part of the building blocks of proteins and taking them “separated” from EAAs of a protein shake makes them faster to absorb.  I will go in details on another post about the vitamins included in Allmax Aminocore, but Vitamin B9 is well known to convert carbs into glucose (energy and more pumps).

Probably the most important is BCAA.  I was a bit surprised to see the “funky” 9:6:5 ratio.  Usually, I see 5:1:1 or 2:1:1 ratios.

Vitamin B3, B6, B9 and B12 provides energy for your workout.

Mixing

One scoop for 500ml. It’s the recommended dosage from the label and the taste was great at that quantity.

Allmax Aminocore is available in many different flavors depending of the canister size you order. I’ve tried blue raspberry and liked it alot.   By the way, I’ve just ordered cucumber/lemon that is natural and will let you know how it taste.

Effects of SUPPLEMENTS

I can’t tell you how much muscle I’ve gained since I’m taking other supplements like creatine, but I did feel that I’m less tired then usual. Considering that my workouts are usually a bit more then an hour and a half, I thing it’s pretty good.
