To records my progress, I use a triomph smart scale. I don’t know how precise that thing is since I didn’t compare it with any other type of BFR measuring device, but it seems quite regular and constant when I step on it. Concerning my PRs, I stored them in an app called RM calculator available on android. There is probably similar apps on iOS.

Everything was going quite alright hitting under 22% of fat, even in vacation. I should have train a bit more but I got injured while playing with my dogs. I got a sprain on my left ankle and a broken malleolus. I will update my weight at the end of the month still but don’t expect miracles lol. Also, I’ve suspended my Crazybulk test.

I’ve been doing 3×8 for a few weeks now. My biggest struggle so far is to implement progressive overload in my sets. Otherwise then that I feel the difference in muscular size. Next week I’m starting the Crazybulk Bulking stack and will let you know how it went.

I will post here my updates. I’ve been doing Strong Lift 5×5 since January 2020 and now doing the sames exercises but 3×8. This way I hope to gain more muscle mass although I might sacrifice a little strength.
